To activate or retrieve messages from home:
1. Dial *99
2. Enter your security code: 9999 (default first time)
To change your security code proceed to option 8 - Personal Options
Retrieve messages when you are away from home:
1. Dial your local prefix and 6000 (example: 393-6000)
2. At the prompt enter your 7-digit telephone number.
3. Press # anytime during your greeting.
4. Enter your security code.
